“Samui Villa Management” is a management & maintenance company that has been operating on Koh Samui for over 6 years.

We employ both Thai and Western qualified staff, a number of which have been with the Company for over 4 years.

The Company we are today offers a full service to all our clients including maid and cleaning services, check in and check out of guests, swimming pool maintenance and in house villa services such as catering packages.

We will ensure your guests are met at the airport and are given a full concierge service upon arrival at the Villa by one of our English-speaking managers.

We are able to offer a full management and maintenance service including plumbers, electricians, construction, preventative maintenance, swimming pool technicians and maids all under one roof.

Organising private tours, car hire, BBQ chefs at the Villa are all part of the services that we offer.
